The bottom floor is occupied and on-site property management service is included. Breathtaking lake and territorial views are available from almost every room. This 2400 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat includes a large kitchen and breakfast nook with a 200 degree view of the lake. There is ample living and dining space. The master suite features access to the balcony and the bath has double vanity, a jetted tub and acres of counter space. Wifi, business class internet service and cable are all included. In front there’s plenty of parking and a private drive.
Guest access
There is a hot tub on the patio and natural gas grills on both the patio and balcony. For your use on the dock are a rowboat, kayak, paddleboard, paddleboat and catamaran. There is a private boat launch adjacent to the property should you chose to bring your boat. Go out on the lake or fish off the dock and enjoy the view. There is also a large playhouse in the back yard for kids.
