Located in the exclusive Kapalua area of Lahaina this family owned & managed home features hand carved furniture & fantastic 180 degree ocean views to Molokai. Fully remodeled to include granite counter tops, tile floors, new appliances, & air conditioning.
The views from every window are private & landscaped. The couch makes into a surprisingly comfortable queen-sized bed & the 3rd bathroom, complete with a shower, is accessible to your guests or for those sleeping in the living room. A Graco Pack & Play is available for little ones.
Three HD TV's, Wi-Fi, IPod dock, telephones with free long-distance (to the U.S. & Canada), cable TV, & a high speed Roadrunner Turbo internet connection keep you in touch with the world while the plush lanai furniture beckons the visitor to sit back while enjoying a beverage & do nothing.
The two separated bedrooms each have a king-sized bed, adjoining expansive bathrooms & walk-in closets. The master bedroom boasts a small wall safe for your valuables & a separate private lanai overlooking the ocean for relaxing for a few quiet moments while listening to the sound of the waves on Oneloa Beach.
The villa is located next to world class golf courses (The Kapalua, The Bay Course & the world-famous Plantation) with many breath-taking vistas. As our guest we can offer a discount on two of the courses - just ask.
Fine beaches, judged by many as the best in Maui, are minutes away either by the free door-to-door Kapalua Resort shuttle; your car; or by walking. Dennis & I are 70 years old. We can walk to Oneloa in 5 minutes (for us coming back up the hill takes a little longer). Many guests jog or walk to all 5 Kapalua beaches including Fleming Beach below the Ritz Carlton
This front row villa has panoramic views. In season whale watching from the lanai is a MUST (with the owner provided telescope & binoculars). Although located just minutes from busy Lahaina the villa is surrounded on 3-sides by a golf course with the ocean being on the 4th side. Nearby are many fine restaurants (including those at the Ritz Carlton & the Montage Hotels), spas, tennis courts, hiking trails, grocery stores, ziplines & many other activities.
It's a short walk to the nearest Association pool with well maintained BBQ's, & a covered, outdoor kitchen area (incl. refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, & library). Once we quote you, there are no additional fees associated with staying at the villa (no parking fees, no resort fees, or 'SURPRISE' charges for using the pool.)
From your relaxing home base at the villa you can experience the vacation of your dreams.
