The Sea Parrot Oceanview Manor is situated on the famous Cabot Trail
in the Cape Breton Island region of Nova Scotia.
Guests can lounge on our large wraparound veranda that overlooks eight acres of lush greenery and oceanfront views at the mouth of the beautiful St. Ann’s Bay, and enjoy the views of wildlife, including seals and eagles.
Explore and enjoy the nature around you with a stroll through the beautiful gardens filled with fragrant flowers and robust vegetables. Relax in our gazebo by the sea and enjoy the surrounding arbours, nap in our oceanside hammocks, or take advantage of the romantic setting on moonlit evenings. It’s an experience you will always remember.

Accommodations
Luxury Suites
All windows in these apartment suites offer plenty of picturesque views of either ocean or woods. For your comfort and relaxation serious investments have been made for bedding, linens and furnishings. Each guest suite is decorated in its own unique decor.
All guest suites have a large private bath, with whirlpool bath, shower and large vanity/sink area. Choose from the beautifully decorated ‘Nautical’, ‘Far East’ & ‘Garden’. These suites are very large and all have queen beds, living area with TV, DVD, VCR. kitchen & sink area
with microwave & refrigerator/freezer, dining area, private terraces that all overlook the ocean.
Rates Nightly: $145 to $185
Weekly: $1015 to $1295 Suites include full, cooked to order breakfast served daily from 8:00 am – 10 am.
Guests may enjoy eating in our cozy dining room, ocean view sun room, ocean view nook, or outside on our spacious verandah that overlooks the ocean, garden areas or lush woodlands.

This rustic seaside retreat has a queen bed as well as bunk beds in the large main bedroom.
