A casual, friendly and homey Bed and Breakfast located in the small historic mountain town, Central City, Colorado.
Outside shoes have a place to stay inside the front door, so have your comfy house slippers
ready to put on upon arrival. Feel at home.
Up the winding stairwell are The Walter Huston Room, The Lillian Gish Room, and The Mae West Room. Your name will be on the door of your room. Two of the rooms, the Huston and Gish can be adjoining if needed.
The Katie Lee bedroom is on the main floor of the house and can be accessed from the side door of the mansion with no steps or stairs involved. This makes it nice for anyone not fond of steps and stairs.
There are two restrooms downstairs and one shared restroom upstairs. Enjoy them all, you can soak in a big claw foot tub, say ahhhh…. on the bidet or linger in the steam room, and of course shower.
The mansion is actually ran by two cats. Usually they stay behind the scenes, however you may be graced by their presence. Smile, they are adorable, and give permission to share the mansion with one pre approved pet reservation.
The one lucky dog to be preapproved must have good manners, freshly bathed and can stay in
The Katie Lee bedroom with their family for only $25 additional.
The kitchen can be hands on. Prepare a meal, blend a smoothie, or steep some tea with the old gas stove. Let your wishes be known and plan something. A big Victorian dinner table awaits your arrival.
Breakfast is served at 8am, and check out is at 11am.
Please communicate, unique requests are considered.
Sitting on the porch is an inviting way to relax. Smoking is allowed on the porch with ashtrays provided. Colorado is a marijuana friendly state, so legal mj smoking along with traditional tobacco is accepted.
Please be courteous to Nicki and always take a moment to say good bye when leaving, and Please Sign the Guest Book.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Non-refundable deposit within 7 days of date booked.
