Your rental rate will include Comcast Cable TV with expanded channels, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet and Free long distance calling in North America.
A short drive from the Casita is the Sonoran Desert Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum, Kitt Peak Observatory, Catalina Park and Sabino Canyon Park. Nearby you will find shopping, restaurants and over 15 golf courses. The Resort has its own private heated swimming pool* and hot tub and there is an exercise room for your daily workouts. The picnic area by the pool is equipped with a BBQ Grill and picnic tables and is only a few steps from our condo. Or, enjoy grilling on your covered, private patio with our grill.
Fully furnished throughout you will find everything you need. The spacious living area includes a media center, dining area, and snack bar, with access to the outdoor patio and grill. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a newer refrigerator and a new 'quiet' dishwasher, as well as a walk-in Pantry.
The laundry room has full size, high efficiency washer and dryer. Laundry soap is provided.
The Master bedroom suite has a King bed, a walk-in closet and large private bathroom with separate shower and tub. The adjacent 3RD BR/Den has a desk and High Speed wireless internet and twin beds. This is a split BR floor plan. The guest BR with Queen bed and bathroom is at the opposite end of the Casita. Each BR is newly carpeted and has it’s own cable TV.

We live on a farm in Minnesota, where the Winters are cold and snowy and the Summers beautiful. We enjoy gardening, and cooking and fine wines. We plant corn for the wildlife and enjoy watching Wild Turkey, Whitetail Deer, Black Bears, Timberwolves and many varieties of birds at our feeder.
Why This Property?
We traveled to many parts of Arizona over a period of 20 years. We love the uniqueness of Arizona desert and history of many of the places we visited. We purchased this property when we retired. We enjoy golf, Mountain hikes and the beauty of Oro Valley. We especially like evenings out with friends at the many fine restaurants nearby.
