I paint what we often overlook — the quiet poetry of the everyday.

I’m James Zamora, and my work explores the beauty found in familiar moments: shelves of color in grocery aisles, the shape of light on an ordinary object, or the tension between realism and abstraction.

Each painting is an attempt to slow time, to hold something small and say, this mattered.

My studio practice spans both representational and abstract work, always grounded in care, clarity, and attention. I exhibit nationally and internationally, take on select commissions, and release new collections seasonally.
