About The Area
The Cottages are located between Lodi and Stockton along the Wine Trail. We have 60+ wineries in our community, with tasting rooms and events and music featured at individual wineries. Quaint and charming, Downtown Lodi provides Friday Night Art Walks, Wine Strolls,
Street Faires and music and theatrical entertainment at the Hutchins Street Theater.
We are in walking/biking distance to the historic Micke Grove Regional Park and Historical Museum, with the local Zoo and public Golf Course.
The Lodi is centrally located and has easy freeway access to many of attractions of our Central Valley. North of Stockton about 10 miles, we are near the University of the Pacific, San Joaquin Delta College, and the Stockton Sports Arena and Bob Hope Theater in Downtown Stockton.
The Delta waterways with boating, fishing and hunting are just 10-30 miles West . The Gold Country, with historic landmarks and antique shopping , recreation, snowskiing and waterskiing are 40 to 60 miles East. Located 40 miles South of downtown Sacramento and 40 minutes North of the new Gallo Theater in Modesto, we are centrally located to arts, recreation, and entertainment in the Central Valley. Napa and Sonoma Valleys are an hour West of us, along with UC Davis and the Bay Area. Tahoe and Yosemite are a few hours drive away, close enough for a day trip.
