Large 3 Story Home On Corner Lot With Off Street Parking & Wrap-a-round Porch
The Forman Guest House was an old Inn built and operated around the turn of the century. It has been completely restored, while keeping its old style and charm. The beaches, boardwalk amusements, restaurants and night life are all within easy walking distance, so you can park your car in one of our 4 off street parking spots and forget it for the length of your stay. Our wrap-a-round porch offers a relaxing way to start off your day or winding down at the end of it. Plenty of room available in our yard and patio for outside barbecuing and there is 3 outside picnic tables as well. Two outside showers are available both with hot and cold running water.
The 1st floor includes a kitchen, dining room, full bath, small laundry room and a large living room with a stone fireplace. The kitchen comes complete with a stove, dishwasher, sink, cabinets and a full size refrigerator. The bathroom and kitchen have tiled floors and the old Heartwood Pine floors of the dining room and living room have been preserved. The new windows were sized to fit the original openings, thus recreating the architect's original intention of flooding the entire home with natural light from all directions.
The 2nd Floor has 2 large suites:

Basically this home has everything you might want for a family vacation at the Jersey Shore. This house is large enough for 2 or even 3 families to share with plenty of porch space and living room to spread out in. The house also has central air conditioning as well. Hoffman's Ice Cream Parlor is right down the street while all the Spa and Pool facilities of the White Sands Hotel are within a short walk as well. There are a few great restaurants all very close too. Our downtown area is full of small quaint shops and antique stores as well. There really is something here for everyone.
