Abbeymoore is ideally located in Victoria's historic Rockland neighborhood which is just five minutes drive to all downtown Victoria's attractions and the Clipper and Coho ferries. We are directly across the street from the Lieutenant Governors Mansion and 36 acre public gardens, Craigdarroch castle, The Victoria Art Gallery, restaurants, shops, theatres and the ocean are mere blocks away.

Abbeymoore Manor is an outstanding period mansion built in 1912.
It sits amongst the castles,gardens and tree lined streets of "Old Victoria". The Historic Rockland area is where the Governors, Merchant Baron's, bankers and famous architects built their luxurious homes to show off their new gold rush wealth.

Master Bedroom

Relive days gone by in our largest and most popular room. The regal Master bedroom has an ornate king size bed, hardwood floor, antique sofa, and two reclining leather wingback chairs. The spacious ensuite features an extra large tub/shower and heated tile floor. Enjoy access to the semi private outdoor upper deck complete with patio furniture and umbrella.

Rose Room

The Rose room is one of our largest and most beautiful rooms featuring a king size bed, a spacious sitting area with very comfortable sofa and armchair, a remote controlled gas fireplace and hardwood floors with area rug. The private ensuite bathroom has a luxurious limestone shower with european fixtures including a fabulous ultra soft rainhead.

Iris Room​

A beautiful bright corner room with Queen size 4 post bed, two comfortable armchairs, hardwood floor and area rug. The private ensuite has sink and toilet and there is a compact clawfoot tub/shower in one corner of the room
with privacy screen. Relax in the sun on your semi-private upper outdoor deck.

​The Lilac room's cozy comfort and clawfoot tub make it our 2nd most popular room.
A queen bed and the biggest of all our bathrooms combined with a great rate is hard to beat.

Garden Suites​

Enjoy the charm, privacy and luxury of a self-contained garden suite in the Rockland Mansion district of Victoria.
Our spacious one bedroom garden suites offer all the comforts of home whether you're here for a few days*, a week or a month.

Each suite has a kitchen, full bathroom, sitting room, cable, flat screen TV, DVD player, direct phone line, private entrance, queen or king sized bed, down comforter, luxury linens, oak or tile floors with area rugs.
Comfy queen hide-a-beds are available for extra guests.

Book a B&B stay and enjoy daily housekeeping, a gourmet breakfast when you awake and all of our complimentary amenities or book a self catering/vacation rental type stay and do your own thing!
*Please note that due to high long term demand in the winter Garden suites may not be available on a nightly basis. ** There will be a 50% deposit non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking.

There's a saying in the B&B business that "Breakfast" is the bigger "B" and we take that to heart. Breakfast at Abbeymoore is the real deal. It's Hot, Fresh, Delicious & something you won't typically make at home so bring your appetites and enjoy! Need a special diet - that's no problem! We happily cater to Vegeterians, Celiacs, Diabetics - you name it. All we ask is that you tell us in advance so we can be ready.
An Abbeymoore Breakfast Usually Goes Like This:
  • Fresh ground (fair trade) coffee and a selection of fine teas (available early)
  • Choice of Juices differing each day
