Charming completely refinished Century Home offers choice of 3 bedrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen & bathroom on the 2nd level, main floor sitting room with fireplace, satellite tv, free wifi, continental breakfast (included) or hot cooked brunch (extra), outdoor spaces, lots of parking.

Located about 1.5 hours from Toronto & Niagara Falls, 1 hour from London & Kitchener-Waterloo, you will find friendly people and picturesque vistas.

Waterford, "Home of the Pumpkinfest" has a long & interesting history. It has some big city amenities with that great small town feel. There is lots to see and do!

Beautiful Port Dover Beach is just 15 minutes from here and Turkey Point is 25 minutes away. Simcoe is less than ten minutes away and Brantford/403 just 25 minutes away for anything else you may need on your stay.

I own a health food store and salt cave in Brantford, Ontario. Tip Top Health Shoppe & Crystal Salt Spa. I am interested in helping people heal and get well on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My shoppe offers products and services that work together towards this end. All Butter Barn guests are welcome to a 2 for the price of 1 salt cave session at the shoppe, just 25 minutes away in Brantford.

Your Host Eric:
Eric works as a manager in the industrial water application field. We both love skiing, seadooing, traveling, cooking, antiquing, history and exploring different cultures and have used AirBnB in Chicago & Montreal with great success. So it was a natural leap to offer our now empty bedrooms to others. We will be available most of the time when you are here, though we have a lock box and self check in is possible if you are arriving late, or when we are at work. We can also suggest local attractions, restaurants and so forth for you. Life is short, so enjoy it, make the most of it...
